are your shipping rates? |
The shipping
rates are based on the number of items you order.

are shipped at $3.50

Where
are your items made? |
| All of the items
are made in a clean, smoke free environment. The Strawbabies
Studio is located in the sunny, Arizona Desert! |

Will I receive My Order? |
| Once payment is
received, you can expect your items to ship within seven business
days. |

What
Forms of Payment Do You Accept? |
| All of my payments
are processed through PayPal. You can obtain more information
about PayPal through their website at www.paypal.com. Through
PayPal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American
Express. You can also arrange to set up an Electronic Funds
Transfer from one of your bank accounts. All of the transactions
are done through a secure server. |

is your Return Policy: |
For non-personalized
items, please email me or call me if there is a problem, within
15 days, and we will work on a solution together.
Since personalized
items are created just for you, returns on personalized items
cannot be accepted.
Therefore, please ask questions via email (info@mystrawbabies.com)
prior to order. Or, feel free to contact me via phone at 623-556-6076.
Product damaged during shipping will need to be returned
for review prior to refund or replacement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise must be returned in original packaging. We
will not process your return or re-design until the original
item is received.
Please note we cannot accept any returns if not notified
of a problem within 15 days of receipt.

| Do
you offer gift wrapping services? |
| Yes, of course!
We can include a gift card with your personal message to the
recipient. Please include your request and the information that
should go on the gift enclosure in the comments section at checkout.
All My Strawbabies products are packaged in
a gift-ready way. I love to use cellophane bags and ribbons
and of course the burp cloths come in our famous Strawberry
containers! I include lots of tissue in the packaging. Let me
know if you need anything beyond that. info@mystrawbabies.com |
